Hello, Love Ko Jewelry is participating in ICE OUT on January 30th which is a USA nationwide shutdown meaning no work, no school, and no shopping. Our store including our website will be closed, and no purchases will be processed. The objective of this protest is to shut down the American economy because our taxpayer dollars go directly to funding ICE. For those of you who might not know, ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) is a United States federal law enforcement agency that has overstepped their original founding purpose of strengthening national security by creating national chaos in the United States. ICE is threating our civil liberties including the 4th amendment which protects us against unreasonable searches and seizures, the constitutional right for due process, and the constitutional guarantee of equal protection and freedom from discrimination based on race, ethnicity, and national origin.
