What is Enamel Jewelry?

The earliest known enamel technique dates all the way back to 13th century BC! Traditional enameling involves a process of fusing glass particles to jewelry pieces to add color. As technology improved over time, enamel jewelry has evolved to include many other painting processes which give a similar glassy effect with the added benefit of improved durability. At Love Ko Jewelry, we use a resin-based enameling technique which gives each piece the iconic enamel glassy shine with a durability stronger than most traditional gold and silver jewelry. 

How do I care for my Love Ko Jewelry pieces?

Although enamel jewelry is more durable than traditional gold and silver jewelry, it is not indestructible. Protect your piece by avoiding excess water, hard scratches, chemicals, and extreme temperatures. If cleaning is required, we recommend using warm water and mild soap to gently clean your piece.

How long does shipping take?

We typically take 2 - 5 business days to prepare your order. Once your order is prepared, the shipping time is based on the estimates provided by the shipping of your choice. Delays may occur during high volume order months such as holiday seasons or due to customs processing for international orders. Please check your email for shipping updates. 

What is your refund and return policy?

Inquiries are handled on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal to make our customers happy. We stand behind our handmade goods that are inspected 3 - 4 times to ensure customers receive a product that meets our high quality standards. Each request will be treated fairly and reasonably. We ask in return for our lovely customers to be kind and polite with us to make sure we can resolve issues fairly.  

RETURNS: Unfortunately, we are unable to accept general returns due to our items being personally worn accessories, but if you received your item in damaged condition (shipping accidents can happen), please contact us at support@lovekojewelry.com with your order number # and a photo of the product within 30 days of receiving your item to start a conversation with us so we can aim to make things right. 

Can I cancel my order?

If you change your mind about your purchase, please email support@lovekojewelry.com within the first hour with your order number # to cancel your order. If your order has already been processed or is in transit, it is not possible to cancel the order.
